Salmon Balls

- tined Pink Salmon (about 1~2 tbs)
- 1 Potato
- 1 tsp cornflour
How to cook…
- Boil or steam potato until tender.
- Mash the potato while the potato is still hot. Cool slightly. Mix with salmon and cornflour. Shape into small balls.
- Lightly spray oil on a frying pan. Grill salmon balls until golden on both sides.
Cool before serving.
