Chicken Karaage
Posted September 29th, 2012 No Comments »Fried chicken pieces. My son didn’t eat meat much when he was around 18months old, but this dish was his favourite.
You will need….
- Chicken Breast 100g (I use breast meat, but you can use thigh or tenderloin)
- 1/2 Egg
- dash of Soy Sauce & Sake (cooking wine) / or, just add dash of Oyster Sauce
- Cornflour to coat
How to cook…
- Cut meat into pieces. Mix with sauce and egg. Coat with flour, and deep-fry until golden.
Cool before serving.
