Chicken Karaage

Fried chicken pieces.  My son didn’t eat meat much when he was around 18months old, but this dish was his favourite.

You will need….

  • Chicken Breast 100g (I use breast meat, but you can use thigh or tenderloin)
  • 1/2 Egg
  • dash of Soy Sauce & Sake (cooking wine)  / or, just add dash of Oyster Sauce
  • Cornflour to coat

How to cook…

  • Cut meat into pieces.  Mix with sauce and egg.  Coat with flour, and deep-fry until golden.

Cool before serving.

(12Months ~ 18 Months)
