Chicken & Egg Donburi

- Rice (soft cooked)
- 1 tsp Chicken mince or tenderloin
- 1/2 Egg
- Carrot, Peas, Onion
- 1 pinch of Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)*
- Soy Sauce few drops
* available at Asian grocery shops
How to cook….
- Place chicken and vegetables in a sauce pan along with 1/4 cup of water. Bring to gentle simmer.
- Add bonito flakes and soy sauce.
- Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Beat the egg. Turn up the heat on the sauce pan, and swirl in the egg. Stir, and cook over low heat until everything is cooked through.
- Serve on a bed of soft-cooked rice.
