Chicken Congee

You will need…
- Chicken Mince 10g
- Rice (uncooked) 1 cup
How to cook…
- Place chicken, rice and 1L water in a pot. Bring to gentle simmer, and cook with a lid over low heat until the rice is cooked and mashy. Stir frequently.
- You can blend using a hand blender to make it smoother and watery.
Cool before serving.
