Chicken Congee

Smooth congee with chicken mince.  Cook in a pot, portion them, then freeze them!

You will need…

  • Chicken Mince 10g
  • Rice (uncooked) 1 cup

How to cook…

  • Place chicken, rice and 1L water in a pot.  Bring to gentle simmer, and cook with a lid over low heat until the rice is cooked and mashy.  Stir frequently.
  • You can blend using a hand blender to make it smoother and watery.

Cool before serving.
