Broccoli, Carrot & Tofu

You will need…

  • Broccoli florets
  • Carrot
  • Tofu ( I avoid Chinese tofu. I usually buy either Japanese or Korean)
  • Cornflour+water to thicken

How to cook…

  • Boil broccoli, carrot and tofu in water until the vegetables are tender.  Mash through with a folk.
  • Thicken with cornflour+water.

Cool before serving.

(5Months ~ 6Months)
