Broccoli, Carrot & Tofu

- Broccoli florets
- Carrot
- Tofu ( I avoid Chinese tofu. I usually buy either Japanese or Korean)
- Cornflour+water to thicken
How to cook…
- Boil broccoli, carrot and tofu in water until the vegetables are tender. Mash through with a folk.
- Thicken with cornflour+water.
Cool before serving.
